Ah, ok. But then you should modifiy (or better even remove) the CC license you choose. Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-Share Alike 3.0 License clearly states that anyone can use it freely as long as it's shared under the same license, the work is attributed to you and that it's not use commercially. I would have used it for my RPG blog that is licensed under exactly the same CC license. I believe quite a few people may think they are allowed to use it for free. But this is obviously not your intend.
I think the point is not just that you have rules, but that your rules contradict your LEGAL license, which you can`t do. That`s like saying you can abuse people in your home, because your house belongs to you. It just doesn`t work that way.
